Used when color accuracy is critical and when objects or oversized.

Optical Storage Media

DVDs - DVD+R (Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim brand)
Store in Tyvek CD/DVD envelopes.

Storage Devices

Optical storage: Internal CD/DVD burner and an external DVD-Burner (Plextor PX-708UF)
Used for burning DVD copies of vendor deliverables and for all digital objects after a project is completed.

Spinning storage: One external hard drive (Lacie Bigger Disk Extreme, 1 TB) - Used for convenient local backups of objects during production.

Backups: All master images, in JPEG2000 format, are copied to external hard disks and stored off site.
